Property amenities
Hotel Mavi is situated at the outskirts of the Kantara Mountain and overlooks the beautiful sandy beach of Kaplica sea. Located near a peaceful village, you can ensure to have a relaxing time while you are there. Whether you are there to unwind and put your feet up or to cool down at our aqua park, you can be ensured that the natural view around you will take your breath away. Occasionally it is possible to see dolphins and turtles in the sea. Other amenities of our hotel include free parking. All rooms are accessible by wheelchair users.

Recreation
Guests can either enjoy a cool dip in the outdoor pool or go down to the beach which is stone throw away. Kaplica sea (which means natural spa waters) treats the skin and body due to the natural springs. Relax in the clear blue waters as it prevents aging of the skin and helps treat skin conditions such as eczema. At our private sandy beach guests are provided with complimentary sun beds and umbrellas.

The outdoor pool is a place where you can bathe in the sun. You can also spend time relaxing on the roof bar whilst enjoying a game of pool. For those feeling energetic, guests can either work out at the gymnasium or hire mountain bikes to explore the green mountains of Kantara.Sightseeing opportunities can include visiting mountains, the Kantara castle and ancient churches. The nearest city is Famagusta and on the way to Famagusta you can visit the ruins of Salamis and the old Bazaar market.

Rooms
Our rooms range from double rooms, two single bed rooms or 2 connecting rooms. All of which include cable TV, internet service, air conditioning, hair dryers, personal safe and mini bar. Some rooms also have balconies. Disabled rooms are available.

Policies

• No pets allowed
• Rooms are only permitted to paying guests (tenants) only or members of their family which we have been formally notified of and booked in.
• Non-residents who are guests of tenants will have to pay for facilities ( e.g. swimming pool, barbeque area, pool bar, roof bar and all other facilities).
• Noise must be kept down to an acceptable level not to disturb other guests.
• You must follow hygiene rules and take a shower before and after using the swimming pool.
• Hotel rooms must be kept clean at all times (cleaning service are available at a cost).
• All bookings for guests of tenants must be made within 24 hours notice with a deposit paid. Bookings can be made for private events at terrace bar, barbeque area, swimming pool. We can also cater for functions such as weddings, birthdays or any other private events such as hen nights.
